Cleanup to be performed on existing spreadsheets in Google Sheets.

are the diffs in the current build that show corrections made to the downloaded spreadsheets since I am not able to edit most of these sheets. These address most of the problems remaining to be addressed in mapping files with regard to spelling, syntax, or similar issues.
