Numbered list: offset is wrongly inserted between number and suffix

Paragraph effect settings allows us to set Offset and Suffix to numbered list and bullet list.
I expect that the Offset means gap between the Suffix and the first character of the list.

However, the Offset is now inserted into number and suffix too.
The Offset is also used for Auto-Indent which allows to adjust the position of the second or more lines when a list item has multiple lines. Auto-Indent is also not working.

Steps to reproduce

  1. add the following text into an empty frame
pen
pineapple
apple
pen
  1. set numbered list to those lines from paragraph effect settings
  2. set . to Prefix and 5.000 mm to Offset and enable Auto-Indent

I hope by 2114be6 this bug is fixed.

Please add offset + width of the number, prefix and suffix into the second line of a numbered list item if auto indent is enabled (as a bullet list does).
Thanks.

@dawoodalbadi please have a look to this.
