Merge speculative antimessages patch. This will allow to experiment with MPI out-of-order delivery.

When merging the patch, it will be possible to remove the trylock in receive_remote_msgs() in src/communication/mpi.c.

Non-relevant, as v3.0.0 is using a different management of messages.
