Defines for configured subsystems in ROOT-Sim.h

It would be nice to keep a set of macros in ROOT-Sim.h to let the application code know what subsystems have been compiled in the library.
This would simplify a lot differentiating the behaviour of the benchmarks depending on what subsystems are actually there.

Although differently as initially imagined, this can be considered as fixed by #129 .
