dart_vlc is working as a player but it isn't ideal and I can do better. Now, I am considering MPV as the player using its C interface. Linux might be easier if I use system but not sure for Windows and Mac OS.

Now, VLC is used if it is installed. Otherwise, the browser is used as a backup. MPV can also be checked if needed.

The player is working now on all platforms so it is safe to close this.
