The links for the js files in the markdown documentations give 404

After all the custom metric js were moved to a dist folder, the links to the js files in the README.md need to be updated. Like media.js and almanac.js in https://github.com/HTTPArchive/custom-metrics/blob/main/README.md?plain=1#L9
