GPS scrape not working for all players
Add variable to be able to drop db on heroku and local builds
download datamaps for build since author says it's not safe as a CDN for prod
js files need to point at proper url
dataImport causing issues during heroku's running of rake db:migrate
move pry-rails gem for use in all envs
