cannot dismiss in-app notifications

Hi, guys!
I have this two notifications. I am touching the X buttons but the notifications won't dissappear.

tried the following:

• tapping "dismiss all"
• reloading content then fully closing/reopening the app
• interacting with the app before opening up notifications

temporary workaround:
tapping quickly and repeatedly on the "x". looks like the notifications stay dismissed even after closing/opening the app.

another user reported that the notifications went away on their own after their day rolled over.

we've tracked this down to being caused by the bailey notification. if there's no bailey, then other notifications work fine. working on a fix for 4.2.5
