Go Live!

So far, we've only built and tested the deployment in personal environments, and not cared too much about wiping out the system entirely. I think we've gotten far enough to go live with the Factorio instance and I think we should go live and start maintaining persistence infrastructure.

This begs the question of who's account to host it on. If we host it on one of our personal accounts, we need to be able to consider how to develop the Terraform definitions without affecting the real infrastructure.
