Bring back category group page for sponsors

If a category group is for sponsors, then a user will have the isSponsor flag set to true. In this case, bring back the /category-groups page and add in an intermediate redirector that'll read the id of the current hexathon category group and redirect to that page. Then, a person can view the scores for their own category group
