XKCD plugin gives incorrect alt text when angle brackets are present

Alt text starts with The <x> that is held by <y> is also a [...] but only The is included in the message from the bot. Probably getting broken by this bit of code: https://github.com/HackSoc/csbot/blob/master/csbot/plugins/xkcd.py#L19
