What is the content of Symphony-OpenFin-Launcher.zip ?

Dear team,

I see that the root project includes a Symphony-OpenFin-Launcher.zip, which includes a Symphony-OpenFin-Launcher.exe ; is it possible to know (and maybe document in the README.md) what is the content and purpose of this file? Also, if the file includes some libraries, ie dlls, it would be important to know (and document) what is their license.

This was for a prepackaged installer that is no longer necessary.

I see the file was deleted from the dev branch, so I guess this issue can be closed. Thanks @mjosling !
