llSay and variants allow objects to communicate (via a listener) at various distances, but limited to a single region. However at sim crossing any communication is lost, even if the two objects are at a short distance of each other.
The demand here is a mean to communicate through sim borders, even if limited at a relatively short distance.
On previous discussions with Jim Tarber it appeared 2 contradictory point of views:
-this should be relatively easy to implement
-http would work better. (Especially if we add a stable URL to objects, issue 97 #97)
