What is the purpose of face_align_landmarks_sk function

Thank you for your contribution. I don't understand the purpose of face_align_landmarks_sk and it was also not mentioned in your paper. Can you tell me its purpose?

Because in my own dataset, the size of faces is very small and blurred, YOLOv5 cannot detect so I tried another method. However, this method doesn't detect facial landmarks.
