The folder structure could be more simple and support Jekyll

Now the repo folder structure has a generic __-folder, under where all the scripts, styling and resource files are stored. As this name feels a bit esoteric, and Jekyll can't read folders starting with ""-character, could the folder structure be simplified?

For instance, the folders inside the "_" -parent folder, could be located straight in the root. Other option is to rename the folder as recourses, or rcs.
