Salamo alaykom, the project looks promising, some suggestions & improvements, to make code readable,
Model naming : Capitalized names makes better dev experience, & will not be confused with variables and properties.
Controller structu, : looks awful, consider ordering.
Code formatting : try using laravel pint package
