[BUG] - ChoiceParser can't parse choices when capitalized

What seems to be the officer, problem?
Using a ChoiceParser as a field in an EntityParser, the entity is not parsed
with elements in ChoiceParser.choices defined as capitalized strings.

They are however discovered and identified correctly when defined all-lower case.

Expected behavior
Choices are parsed and identified regardless of case, both in messages and in choices tuple.
