Tdarr_Plugin_z80t_keep_original_date doesn't work in flows

I try to use the classic plugin Tdarr_Plugin_z80t_keep_original_date in my flow.

My flow looks like this:

I tried to put the rename plugin in several places like before ffmpeg, after ffmpeg, in the end but it never works.

Is this plugin expected to work in flows?
If yes, can you please give me a hint what I'm doing wrong?
