[Suggestion] FlxOgmo3Loader for Ogmo 3

With the release of Ogmo 3 I feel we need an FlxOgmo3Loader to supplement (not replace) FlxOgmoLoader in flixel addons. We should also update the help text of FlxOgmoLoader to have some sort of warning against using it for Ogmo 3 and to make the distinction clear.
