Remove FlxKongregate.hx from the api folder in addons

Kongregate Does not accept any games anymore, which makes the addon useless.

Would removing this class negatively affect anyone currently using the API, though? They aren't accepting new games, but some developers may still have active games submitted before the deadline. I'm not sure of the state of Kongregate.
