TODO: convert demos to HTML5

Since WebGL is now officially supported and Flash is less popular, the website demos should be built for HTML5. This will also let us show off new HXP 4 features that won't work in Flash.

Now that Flash is sunset, we won't be able to rebuild the website for the new version until this is done.
