Sometimes mobile page opens to unexpected view

This looks like it might just be opening the movie creator, but it's not, if you close this and open the movie tab, it looks quite different.
I'm not sure why this is happening, maybe something like events firing in the wrong order due to the order that js is being loaded. Needs to be triaged to see what's going on.
