Can you still access an article that is not publicly available?

Hi! Thanks for the great work!
I want to access this article through pywikihow. However, it fails with *** pywikihow.exceptions.ParseError. When I manually try to access it, I cannot access it. But if I login with my account on WikiHow, it works. Is there a workaround?
