Make it possible to include a 'Milestones (Roadmap)' link in the sidebar and/or the navbar, e.g.

This can be handled in each package via _pkgdown.yml, e.g. https://github.com/HenrikBengtsson/futureverse.org/blob/ffc884e8d6a848f68670a90c3022fb0c531031e1/.pkgdown/_pkgdown.yml.rsp#L15-L16
