Utility program DASDLS no longer works

Describe the bug
Trying to list the directory of a Hercules DASD volume using the 3.13 version utility DASDLS produces no output.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Type something like running the program. Here's a demonstration of the current version:
>H:\TK4-Current\dasd>h:\dasdls -info H:pub000.240
Hercules DASD list program Version 3.13
(c)Copyright 1999-2015 by Roger Bowler, Jan Jaeger, and others
H:\TK4-Current\dasd>h:\dasdls -info H:pub000.240 pascal.passamp
Hercules DASD list program Version 3.13
(c)Copyright 1999-2015 by Roger Bowler, Jan Jaeger, and others
H:\TK4-Current\dasd>h:\dasdls H:pub000.240
Hercules DASD list program Version 3.13
(c)Copyright 1999-2015 by Roger Bowler, Jan Jaeger, and others
H:\TK4-Current\dasd>
In all these tries, I thought I was specifying something wrong. And I wondered why, if so, I got no error message. Fortunately, I kept my old 3.03 version install. Compare the difference.
Expected behavior
Something like this is what I expected to see:
C:\Program Files\Hercules\R3.07>dasdls h:TK4-Current\dasd\pub000.240 Hercules DASD list program Version 3.07 (c)Copyright 1999-2010 by Roger Bowler, Jan Jaeger, and others HHCCU601W 0001 file[0]: cdevhdr inconsistencies found, code=0001 HHCCU600W 0001 file[0]: forcing check level 1 HHCCU610W 0001 file[0]: free space errors detected HHCCU502W 0001 file[0]: free space not rebuilt, file opened read-only h:TK4-Current\dasd\pub000.240: VOLSER=PUB000 Z9999994.VSAMDSPC.TCC34551.T968AE10 RPF.V1R5M3.SRPFPROF.DATA RPF.V1R5M3.SRPFPROF.INDEX DUCHESS.BOOK DUCHESS.BK DUCHESS.CLIST DUCHESS.HELP ... My mistake, I didn't realize you don't handle this.
