Targeting does not prioritize closest target if trapped.

Targeting seems to still prioritize low health mobs, usually running away at a distance, while trapped by mobs or mobs/walls.

Should include a check for this, to correctly target closest mobs, then by health, if trapped and unable to move.

This especially becomes a problem with knights or melee druids, whose auto weapon attacks become useless.
