When betting if you have anything left over it ignores it
say I bet 99 and win it says I have 199 not 200

Wins are paid out at even money

if you have 100 in your pocket and hand me 99, you lost it. However because your a winner I doubled it

99 + 99 + the 1 in your pocket is 199, not 200
