Drawing off by a bit to one side (problem here).
The margin is wildly off for ot extent (filed upstream)

One of them is probably this (fixed) harfbuzz/harfbuzz#1262

The Arabic fix makes the off to one side problem a lot worse.

The off to one-sided Ness was partly due to using a not-scaled min_ix
