Hi,
Making WhatsApp call is not possible over Shadowsocks-Cloak-Installer.
It stuck on ringning.

You can make video and voice calls via VPN, Trojan, V2ray and Socsk5, but Shadowsocks - Cloak does not support UDP.

By the way, you can make video/voice calls through OpenVPN over Cloak or stunnel.
