"Other nominees" text not appearing on COM to international orgs pages

If you look on this page:

https://history.state.gov/departmenthistory/people/chiefsofmission/representative-to-oas

You’ll see two people who are currently in the section (Bonilla and Aponte), but the text is not showing up on the website. Compare:

https://history.state.gov/departmenthistory/people/chiefsofmission/afghanistan

The bolded “Chiefs of Mission” and “Other Nominees” text appears to be missing from all the chiefs of mission to organizations pages.
