Use OOB for ECC

Would be nice if Nand-dump-tool.py could somehow check for common error correction code (ecc) algorithms and use the content of oob-data.
I myself was not able to find a free open source tool for that.
(even nandsim does not offer any similar feature)

well I found https://github.com/SySS-Research/nand-dump-tools.git today that includes ECC.
Sadly not as many methods as I was hoping for.
