Sort code appendices more intuitively than alphabetic order

Perhaps it is more insightfull/intuitive to include the code appendices in the order in which the code is executed. To automatically do this, perhaps plantUML could be used to determine in which order the code is being executed. This could then be used to sort the appendices that include code accordingly.
