Brew formula for boost needs to offer the stage target for cross dependencies

The stage target will build static and shared non-debug multi-threaded variants of the libraries.
These are need to build other programs such as : vpython-wx

I am not sure what you are asking for. Nothing's broken; what I am asking for is additional command line options in the brew formula
