由于服务器厂商故障导致目前运行的bot服务于2023年5月17日出现不可使用的情况。在今天等待一周后，依然无法恢复服务。
解决方案:
重新购买服务器来启动BOT，数据回滚。
弊端：
数据回滚后，大家订阅的数据我只能恢复到2023年4月15日左右（大概丢失一个月的订阅数据量）
实在抱歉~~
Due to a server manufacturer malfunction, the bot service that was running until May 17th, 2023 is currently unavailable. After waiting for a week today, the service still cannot be restored.
Solution: Purchase a new server to restart the BOT and roll back data.
Drawback: After rolling back the data, I can only restore the subscription data that everyone subscribed to around April 15th, 2023 (losing about one month of subscription data).
