Default Visual For The "AGGREGATE STATS GRAPH" Section

Currently the app loads with no default date range for the "AGGREGATE STATS GRAPH" section so empty charts are shown and it would be nice to have at least something on load. I think the two options are:

  1. Take the min/max dates of the dataset as the default.
  2. Use the same default dates as the "SIMULATIONS GRAPH" section with the understanding that the date ranges are controlled independently.
