Creation and update dates switching each time a comment is updated

Describe the bug
The displayed date (under the comment author) switch from creation date to update date and vis versa each times a comment is modified.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Initialize a hostabee-comment-flow element with a list of comment
  2. Update the list of comment (watch the date)
  3. Update the list of comment (watch the date)
  4. Update the list of comment (watch the date)...

Expected behavior
Only switch from creation date of the modified comment to update date or refresh the update date (if this one was already the displayed date).
