Shameless 1.8 doesn't open on Win 7 x64

I don't know why, but Shameless 1.8 doesn't work on Win 7. There's a process named "Shameless.exe" in the Process Tab of the Task Manager, but the program never opens up. Shameless 1.7 worked just fine, btw.

I didn't make lots of drastic changes to 1.8? Try deleting everything in the folder except Shameless.exe and the 2 DLLs

Shameless is in its own folder, and it still doesn't work.
