[FEATURE] Add Randomize feature to short link

Please describe the problem or functionality gap your feature request addresses.

For the "Customize your link" section in the "Create New Link" modal window, include a "Randomize" button that will populate the "Customize Your Link" input with a random value, e.g., SF32F.

Proposed Solution

Add a button that, when clicked, will generate and insert a random alphanumeric value into the "Customize Your Link" input field.
