Inconsistent Unhappy Path - personalaccesskey error

Description and Context
When attempting to upload a custom theme into the portal using CLI, I made a mistake copying the personal access key at first and the init failed with an error message telling me to run hs auth personalaccesskey to reauthenticate, which then returned invalid values and gave me an error message to run hs init, even though I had already run hs init.

Expected behavior
reauthenticate step proceeds with authentication, without additional hs init
