Hubspot CLI Upload function does not upload projects inside a dot folder under linux

Description and Context

When I try the hs upload command, it doesn't work inside my ~/.sites folder

Steps to reproduce

Create a dot folder mkdir .sites
try hs upload command inside the .sites folder after setting up

Expected behavior

should upload the files
