Update theme name

Decided on "Recruiting Agency GraphQL Theme" based on discussion here (#48 (comment)). I checked in with team to make sure there were no concerns with repository name change: https://hubspot.slack.com/archives/CQJE6RMT6/p1634908021014700. Will update here shortly and close this out once that is done.

Alright wrapped this up so closing this out (https://github.com/HubSpot/recruiting-agency-graphql-theme) - I have to make a few changes to the readme so I can spin up a separate issue for updating that.
