'Ground Plane' element generates faulty Floor Plan, no matter the size

When using the Ground Plane element as a floor, the Floor Plan that gets generated from it is much much smaller than the actual size of the plane.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Make 'Ground Plane' element at the origin
2. Click on the Floor Plan item in the hierarchy (or make one if it's not already there).
3. Press 'Regenerate' on the Floor Plan
4. Result: the actual Floor Plan is much much smaller than the Ground Plane's area

It's also strange that scaling the Ground Plane down to smaller sizes causes the generated Floor Plan to shrink accordingly.

Note: This does not occur with an even larger plane imported from Blender.
