Store images on server for a bit longer

I like to download the images from our Hubs meetups for social media using the Discord Bot. Since we have our meetups on Friday afternoons, if I don't get a chance to download them by EOD Friday, they are already deleted by Monday morning.
Would it be possible to have images stay on the server for an extra day or two so there is a bit more time to grab them.

This seems fine to me, but we'd want to surface it with legal/privacy since they signed off on the 48h window
