Use Libre in Redmine Docker instance

Hello,
I have installed successfully this plugin in a Redmine 5.1.3 Docker container.
I wanted to enable also the Libre Features that require to install Libreoffice.
How can I have this working whilst my Redmine is in a docker container ? Any Idea ?
