Delete Entry in Mail Link

Each user that successfully submits an entry to the HC Clock, get's an email with a disable entry link.

Up until now this link only disables the entry, but this needs to be changed so that the entry get's deleted.

To prevent accidentally deleting an entry, there should be a confirmation page before to confirm the deletion.
