We should add yarn styleguide:build before yarn dev command

It's annoying to build the styleguide. Ideally, it should be an npm package and there should be no building step required. The styleguide is under development, that's why we have it in our source code at the moment. For any question related to the styleguide, feel free to contact @visualjerk who is the author of it.
