Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Media files in contributions can only be embedded if they are already hosted on a server, e.g. at an external hoster like abload.de. There is no option to directly upload media files into the contribution.
Disadvantages:
- The UX is not seamless and not intuitive.
- External sources can be unreliable.
Describe the solution you'd like
- The editor toolbar ("Medien einbinden (Videos / Bilder / Links)") should offer an option to upload media files directly.
- The file size should be limited.
- The file types should be restricted (e.g. no .exe files)
- The system should purge unused media files.
