And yes i have add the category to Client and Server side script correct

The only other thing i could think of is Multi Character. As i have not tested this script at all with it. However i'm not 100% sure it is Multi Character. It shouldn't matter if Multi Character is enabled or not. I would try disabling Multi Character and testing to make sure it works without it. If it does i can easily try to figure out how to get Multi Character to work.

After a server restart, it shows the cars. If I park the car and then park it again, it no longer shows it. It's not because of multicharacter. I've already tested it

Did you check the impound to see if it shows it in there?

Yes, I have. But it is not displayed there. The database then also states that the vehicle is packed

Is it only happen to vehicles in a custom category or is it happening to both custom category vehicles and default category vehicles?

Did you happen to find this issue. The only other thing i would try doing is increasing the wait time. Located here https://github.com/HumanTree92/esx_advancedgarage/blob/master/client/main.lua#L1340

Closing issue as i can see its not an issue with this script. You need to fully make sure that whatever you changed is working. However i don't support people who edit anything outside of the config.lua unless you know what your doing.
