I cant buy Boats and Trucks

Describe the Bug | A Clear & Concise Description of Bug
I can buy Planes and Cars from dealer... but the boat and trucks buy menu don't pop up(the sell menu does pop up though) by menu I mean the little circle on the ground you walk into, I have the shop set to yes... I have also tried changed the z axis up and down 1

Explain if you can. If its b/c they positions need to be setup then yes i know. I use Paid MLOs for my Shops.

Do you have the fix for this ? I'm unable to make the marker appear, everything is set to on and I changed the marker coordinates
