Investigate using Hblas instead of hmatrix

I saw that yeah.
hblas seems to be a lot lower level than hmatrix, but is still lapack, if I'm going to take the effort it might be worthwhile going to cublas or another gpu library.
There seems to be a lot of choice these days.

Have you looked at accelerate? It's that a park to a similar result?
